This piece features a winding dirt path cutting through a vibrant green field after a rainstorm. I really wanted to capture that fresh, dynamic feeling of the sky clearing up, with the big rolling clouds catching the warm afternoon light and the puddles reflecting the blue sky.
• Size: 12" x 12" x 7/8" original oil painting on canvas
• Materials: Oil paint on 7/8" thick gallery wrapped canvas. The artwork continues onto the edges of the painting so it can be displayed with or without a frame. Each work is initialed on the front, signed and dated on the reverse, and protected with an archival satin varnish.
