efund and Return Policy

Thank you for investing in original fine art and limited print drops. Because physical artwork requires specific care during transit, please review the guidelines below regarding returns, cancellations, and damages.

Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Contact window: You must contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Return window: Items must be safely dispatched back to me within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • Condition of Return: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • Original Paintings Notice: If you are returning an original painting, the return shipment must be fully insured for its total value and packed securely in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or digital gift cards

Cancellations

  • Cancellation window: You can request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund. Because order processing begins immediately, cancellations requested after this 3 hour window cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

Every artwork shipped is fully tracked and insured. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged by the carrier:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged artwork and the condition of the exterior packaging (the box or tube). This documentation is legally required so I can file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a piece of fine art or a print, you are purchasing the physical item only.

  • Retention of Rights: The artist retains all reproduction rights and copyrights for all original paintings and fine art prints.

  • Usage Restrictions: The purchase of any artwork does not transfer copyright or grant permission to scan, duplicate, replicate, modify, or resell physical or digital copies of the artwork for commercial purposes or financial gain. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
